Start the week off right with a Sunday morning sit in community. At the core of this practice is a cultivation of awareness: awareness of our own hearts, minds, and environments. As a growing community of practice, we dedicate ourselves to building resilience, open-heartedness, and self-knowledge in a Jewish context.
This is a practice for all levels of experience. New to meditation? Join us at 10 a.m. for some basic instruction and Q&A. Our 30-minute seated meditation begins at 10:15, and we’ll wrap up with a short Jewish meditation teaching from Rabbi David.
Floor and chair cushions are provided.
While this is a free event, we encourage a $5 donation (in person or here) to help offset the cost of the space rental.
