For our final Kabbalat Shabbat summer pop-up, we’ll gather again at the Green Room, this time for a kirtan-style Friday-night service led by Rabbi David. As usual, we’ll follow the service with a community vegetarian potluck dinner and after-meal blessings and singing.
Space is limited—please let us know if you plan to attend.
If you’re a musician who’d like to be a part of the service, please be in touch! And anyone who’d like to preview and practice the songs we’ll be singing is invited to join our rehearsal Wednesday. (Contact us for details.)
Please bring a veggie dish to share, with a label describing the dish's ingredients. If you bring cheese, please make sure it uses vegetarian rennet. We'll provide challah and kiddush wine/juice. Feel free to bring additional beverages.
There will be a table for hechshered kosher food, so if you're bringing prepared food, please consider buying kosher products. If you are able, please also bring any necessary serving utensils.
The Green Room is in Union Square, accessible by several bus lines and a 25-minute walk from Harvard, Porter, or Central Square. Street parking only.
The Green Room is on the ground floor. Bathroom is single-occupant but not ADA compliant. Please contact Amberly with specific questions/concerns.
